Why did I create this?

My name is Jacky. Growing up, I was always active — health and fitness came naturally. But over time, I started to notice something that changed me. People close to me, and many others, were losing their lives — not from accidents or any rare conditions, but from preventable issues. They were lacking knowledge in training and dieting.

That’s why I created this program. To share what I’ve learned throughout the years. To help others take control of their health, and to show that a better life is within reach. Not just to avoid sickness or death — but to live stronger, feel better, and think clearer.

When I saw how many people were struggling with obesity, chronic illness, and mental health, I knew I had to act. And I wanted to make sure price was never a barrier. I made this program affordable because everyone deserves the chance to step into a gym with confidence — without second-guessing themselves.

Because that one second thought… could stop someone from ever starting.

What you'll get


You'll get a training program suited for you with a 3 day split

The training program's adjustable from 1h-2.5h depending on your time and urgencies

There'll be videos showing how to perform an exerice correctly if anything's unclear

You'll get a stretching program that only takes 10-20 minutes to perform

And in the end you'll also get some knowledge on how to correctly diet depending on your goals (including building muscle, keeping fit and losing fat)
